Tη Δευτέρα 3 Μαίου 2010, το ΝΝ παρουσίασε μία ομιλία-συζήτηση με την Elaine Kamarck, σε ζωντανή σύνδεση με τη Βοστώνη μέσω Skype, με θέμα ‘American politics & public policy’.
Η Elaine C. Kamarck διδάσκει στη Σχολή Kennedy του Πανεπιστημίου του Harvard. Διαθέτει εκτεταμένη επαγγελματική εμπειρία στο χώρο της αμερικανικής πολιτικής έχοντας μεταξύ άλλων εργαστεί στο Λευκό Οίκο επί Προέδρου Κλίντον όπου δημιούργησε και διαχειρίστηκε το πρόγραμμα Εθνικής Αξιολόγησης Επιδόσεων, που έγινε γνωστό και ως “Επανεφεύρεση της Διακυβέρνησης”.

In May 2010, the NN welcomed Harvard Professor Elaine Kamarck for a discussion via Skype, on ‘American politics & public policy’.
Dr. Elaine C. Kamarck is a Lecturer in Public Policy who came to the Harvard Kennedy School in 1997 after a career in politics and government. In the 1980s, she was one of the founders of the New Democrat movement that helped elect Bill Clinton president. She served in the White House from 1993 to 1997, where she created and managed the Clinton Administration’s National Performance Review, also known as reinventing government. At the Kennedy School she served as Director of Visions of Governance for the Twenty-First Century and as Faculty Advisor to the Innovations in American Government Awards Program.
